Designed for convenient home food preservation, this compact benchtop vacuum machine combines Berkel's distinctive Italian design with practical vacuum-packing technology. The double suction pump provides an impressive 18 litre/minute flow rate, helping reduce working times during vacuum sealing.

The machine features three sealing programs for dry, humid and very humid foods, allowing you to select an appropriate setting for different types of food. Two speed levels are also available for more delicate foods.
